What You Get

With all programs one will be given a fitness assessment where medical history will be talked about, the body will be assessed to see what the biggest needs are and the individual’s personal goals will be discussed.  From there a safe and effective exercise program will be designed specifically to the individual’s needs, goals and limitations.  A person’s eating regimen will be discussed to help them reach their fitness goals.  If one has an injury to a certain part of the body, an exercise program will be designed so the person can workout within the limitations of the injury.  In many cases the person’s issue will get better through proper rest and rehabilitative exercises.  The person’s therapist or doctor will be consulted if necessary.

Personal training Plan

All of our packages come with a customized personal training plan. Jonathan will work with you to develop goals and steps to reach those goals. We also offer goal-tracking tools and planners!

1 Time Single & Small Group training

Personal We do offer one-time training, although we do not recommend it. If you’d like to schedule a 1:1 initial session, please reach out for pricing.

Groups We offer one-time and repeat classes for groups of all sizes. If you’re looking to schedule a group class for an event or a recurring class, please reach out for pricing!

As a Parkinson’s Specialist and Senior Fitness Specialist, Jonathan Rose can help with recovery from injury or illness. Jonathan will create a custom plan for you or your loved one to regain or build strength and flexibility. He also specializes in balance and mobility.

TFAA also offers caregiver training for those who want to assist their loved ones in maintaining or regaining mobility and strength.
